Shipping & returns

The short version: minimum order NZ$200 with free delivery across New Zealand, dispatched within 2 working days, and unopened pouches can come back within 14 days.

Shipping

• We deliver within New Zealand only, including rural addresses.
• Minimum order NZ$200 (including GST). Every order that meets it ships free — there is no delivery charge.
• We dispatch within 2 working days of receiving your paid order. Weekends and New Zealand public holidays are not counted.
• Orders travel by FedEx express and usually arrive 2–4 working days after dispatch. You receive a tracking link by email.

Returns (change of mind)

• Unopened, sealed pouches can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
• Matcha is a food. Once a pouch has been opened or its seal broken, we can’t take it back for change of mind.
• Return postage is paid by you. Please email [email protected] with your order number before sending anything — we’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
• Once the return arrives and we’ve checked the seal, we refund to your original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

• If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo.
• We’ll replace the item or refund you, and we cover any postage involved. This applies whether or not the pouch has been opened.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
