How to make it

  1. Sift 2–3 g through a fine sieve.
  2. Whisk 70 ml of water at 80°C. Quick M-strokes until it foams.
  3. Sip Straight from the bowl. That's all.

Once opened, reseal and keep in the fridge; best within two months.
